Always The Sun Festival

You've probably already heard the exciting news, Guildford is getting a brand new festival this September. Organised by those wonderful people at The Boileroom, with involvement from so many that help support our vibrant music and arts scene, this promises to be one not to miss.

We are delighted to be involved in this, helping to curate the 2nd Stage with a couple of Rose Coloured favourites on the bill. We will also have a stall at the festival packed with Rose Coloured Records releases, goodies and more from the local scene. "The Boileroom live music and creative arts venue, along with Guildford Borough Council and The Guide 2 Surrey have come together to launch Guildford’s first ever sustainable festival this September on Stoke Park in Guildford, Surrey. An independent two-day event celebrating music, arts, community; and green living; this family-orientated festival will feature both nationally acclaimed artists and local talent. Dedicated stages for theatre and the arts will be represented through collaboration with the area’s leading theatre and arts companies. As part of the Together We Make More campaign we will be celebrating Guildford’s vibrant and historic art scene. Both days will be packed with amazing experiences including a Wellness Tent hosting Yoga workshops from local practitioners, family tent to entertain our younger audience and a variety of creative workshops. There will be a fine selection of food vendors selling a variety of culinary experiences to whet the most prolific of appetites, and something affordable and still delicious for children too."
